Carolers strolling the streets, free gift wrapping, a perfect time to get your holiday shopping done! Visit local business to enter the Moonlight Madness Raffle for a goody bag filled with Federal Hill items. Start off early at 7pm with the lighting of the Christmas tree! Bring out your inner child and wait for Santa’s visit with hot chocolate and cookies!
