Volcano Chronicles Goes FM!

We are sad to say that the great Volcano Chronicles show is leaving WLOY (hopefully temporarily) but we are also thrilled as to why. Daniel Jones, our host in Hawai’i, is moving it to a local Hawaiian FM station! You can now catch it on KNKR 96.1FM in Kohala on the big island of Hawai’i! Daniel worked very hard to build the show over three years and 134 episodes, starting with a Quarantine Takeover in July 2020. Along the way we got some fantastic artist interviews, great insights into nearly 50 years of playing live rock and meeting incredible musicians, and a ton of great music. With the horrible tragedy in Lahaina it makes sense for locals to support locals and we know that KNKR will be a great home for the show. Watch for updates as we expect more news on this soon.
