3. 1969: The final episode of “The Johnny Cash Show” aired on ABC.
4. 1970: Ray Davies of The Kinks flew from New York to London to change “Coca-Cola” to “cherry cola” in “Lola.”
5. 2002: Elton John and Bernie Taupin’s musical “Lestat” opened in San Francisco.
