Baltimore’s Contemporary Museum boasts the most recent uber creative art work in the area. Founded 22 years ago, the museum focuses on offering intriguing, innovative purposeful art.
The current installation features “vinyl, plastic and plush figures” by artist Kendall Bruns, who was voted “Best Local Artist” in 2006 by his hometown city magazine. The pieces are funky, humorous and sure to provide an entertaining time to visitors.
Located quite close to the Walters Art Museum on West Centre street, the Contemporary Museum is open Wednesday – Sunday 12p.m – 5p.m and only costs $5 for entry. For more information visit their website.
