Maryland Let’s Go Festival – Sunday, June 2
August 2nd, 2024 by Liz Kosik

The final day, June 2nd, was nothing short of spectacular. We Are Scientists kicked things off with a bang on the main stage, followed by Thursday, who brought a raw intensity that electrified the crowd. The second stage featured more fantastic acts, starting with School of Rock Columbia’s talented youngsters. The Dave Tieff Experience and his band brought a unique flair to the festival, while The Alive and Big Wreck delivered dynamic sets that kept the energy high until the very end. Each act brought something special, contributing to the festival’s overall magic.
Back on the main stage, Our Lady Peace’s iconic performance was a nostalgic trip down memory lane, while Daughtry’s powerful vocals and commanding presence captivated everyone. Bush was the only band that weekend who didn’t want any press, so that was disappointing, but they closed the festival with a legendary performance, leaving the crowd in awe and marking a perfect end to an incredible weekend.
All-in-all, Let’s Go Festival 2024 was an unforgettable experience, filled with outstanding performances, enthusiastic crowds, and the vibrant atmosphere that everyone looks forward too and a multi-day festival. Having a photo pass allowed me to capture the essence of the festival up close, and they’re available here on the WLOY website.
