Food Fridays: Tapas Teatro
July 19th, 2013 by WLOY Staff
Tues-Fri 5pm to 2am & Sat-Sun 4pm to 2am
1711 N. Charles Street
First opened in 2001, Tapas Teatro exudes Spanish culture by creating delicious tapas using seasonal and fresh products. For those who don’t know, Tapas are a collection of small plates and appetizers, often served with beer or Sangria. This Baltimore staple, located in the heart of Station North Arts and Culture District, combines all sorts of international flavors to provide meals that satisfy nearly any patron’s palette. This restaurant also boasts “one of the best wine lists in town” and a large selection of beers on and off tap. Plus, the restaurant has a special house-made Sangria that patrons rave about. The restaurant is also situated immediately next to Baltimore’s Historic Charles Theater and could certainly be the beginning of a perfect night on the town.
For more information, and a sample menu, check out Tapas Teatro’s website or call (410)332-0110. The restaurant does not take reservations.
