Music Librarian Marley Lehmann (’28) jumped on a zoom call with Australian singer/songwriter/actress/teacher Bailey Perrie at her home in Perth for a quick chat about her music and her new single “Mascara”. Check it out! Bailey Perrie is a singer and songwriter from Perth, Australia. From a young age, she fell in love with the arts; dancing, musical theater, acting, and especially singing. Her passion for songwriting has grown immensely over the years as she takes inspiration from artists such as Avril Lavigne and Olivia Rodrigo. Bailey blends the genres of pop and rock to create a uniquely confident, yet defiant sound that works perfectly with her emotional lyricism. She is currently performing at gigs close to home in Western Australia and new music is in the works!
