Originally from Brooklyn, NY Bear Hands releases their new album , You’ll pay for this earlier this month. The band comprised of, Dylan Rau, Ted Feldman, Val Loper, TJ Orscher characterizes themselves as being Alternaitive/Indie rock, as ambiguous as the sounds, so is the music on the album. It definitely genre bends, though at the core of the music, it is very much Bear Hands’ sound.

If you like the Gorillaz, Matt and Kind, Fitz and the Tantrums or even Atlas Genius you will like Bear Hands. Though not necessarily heavy in guitars as many of their fans may be use to, Bear Hands implements more synths, which still goes off the nostalgic Bear Hands vibes.

For those who have never listening to Bear Hands, a try, this is a good album to listen to, Bear Hands is really fun and for the most part up beat. Again, though you may not really get to know who Bear Hands is through this album, it is still an album worthy of being listened to in general. The lyrics and young and youthful; the second part of the album in particular gives off vibes of summer and as we are rolling into summer they may be great to put on your playlist! Overall, as someone who has just started listening to Bear Hands, this is a pretty great album!
