The Encore: Jonas Carping

WLOY presents “The Encore,” where we spotlight our favorite artists that have visited the station. This week: Jonas Carping!

Jonas Carping is a Swedish singer-songwriter known for his Folk Noir and Americana-inspired music. Based in Lund, he’s put out four studio albums, each showcasing his unique sound. His debut, “All The Time In The World”, gained attention in the underground music scene, and his second album, “Cocktails & Gasoline,” was recorded in a remote cabin to capture a raw, natural vibe. His most recent release, “The YLA Sessions,” was a live-in-studio recording that became his most successful work yet.
