Staff Picks: Liz’s Top 5

Hi, I’m Liz, the Public Relations Director at WLOY, and here are my top 5 songs of the week!

5. “Jersey Giant” – Evan Honer and Julia DiGrazia: With Tyler Childers‘ recent performance of Jersey Giant, it quickly became one of my favorite songs all over again! I played this track all summer ’24 and it reminds me of such a busy time in my life preparing for my senior year of college.

4. “You Rock My World” – Michael Jackson: Michael Jackson is one of my all-time favorite artists, and he will always hold a place in the talent industry that no one else could ever touch.

3. “Think I’m In Love With You” – Chris Stapleton: Spring and summer are the resurgence of my country tracks, and Chris Stapleton’s “Think I’m In Love With You” is a current replay!!

2. “Welcome To New York” – Taylor Swift: I am obsessed with NYC and can’t wait to see what post-grad life has for me–”Welcome To New York” definitely fuels that excitement!

1. “Can’t Fight This Feeling” – REO Speedwagon: My best friend is getting married next spring, and this track reminds me of some of the songs she’ll have on her track list! Love ya, Anna!!
