Kat and Rae of “Kat & Rae in the Midday” had the pleasure of sitting down and chatting with local artist, Ruut, prior to her fantastic performance here at Loyola. They got to learn about how she first she began to write music, where her career has taken her and how her experiences have shaped her music. Kat and Rae also got some cool behind the scenes stories about her awesome videos for her cover of Pearl Jam’s “Jeremy” and her original song,” Easy Road”, off her new album, Untold Stories.
