Q: Name of your show along with a brief description

A: Melancholy Mixtapes is a mix of rock, alt rock and indie rock with a good sound, but melancholic meaning. Every show is a different mixtape with a new theme or vibe. 

Q: Why did you choose to host a show at WLOY?

A: I chose to host because it was the best way for me to be able to pursue my love for music in college and I love being able to share the sound and my passion for it with others.

Q: What is your favorite part of hosting a show at WLOY?

A: My favorite thing about hosting is probably being able to share my thoughts about a song/artist and having the opportunity to express myself. 

Q: Word of advice for prospective DJs

A:  Don’t be afraid to be yourself because when you are your true self on air, it makes everything go a lot smoother and naturally. It does get easier just keep giving your all every show!!
