Hoy Frijoles is located in the heart of Hampden, which is only a short drive from Loyola’s campus and a perfect place for a quick escape from the average school cafeteria.

Food Friday: Jimmy’s Famous Seafood

What better way to get to know Baltimore than to get to know the things it’s best known for? That’s right. Crabs. And where else would you go besides Jimmy’s Famous Seafood to get the lesson. I mean, the name says it all.

Since 1974, Jimmy’s has been the nation’s staple when it comes to originality and innovation in seafood. Often ahead of the pack, their menu combines the freshest seafood in America for creative dishes, like steak stuffed with crabmeat, and traditional delicacies, like their famed jumbo lump crab cakes.
