November 7th, 2025 by Sophia Thornberg

The 2026 Grammy nominations were announced earlier this morning and Baltimore’s very own hardcore band Turnstile has earned 5 Grammy nominations for their 4th album Never Enough, which debuted at No.9 on Billboard and also gave them their first No.1 single, which is the song that bears the same name as the album title.

The group was nominated for Best Rock Performance, Best Metal Performance, Best Rock Song, and Best Rock Album.

Originally formed in 2010, the band consists of producer and frontman Ben Yates, guitarist Pat McCrory, bassist Franz Lyons, drummer Daniel Fang and guitarist Meg Mills. These Grammy nominations are just the latest milestones this year for the quintet. The group performed at the well-known Glastonbury festival and executed the first stage drive -and crowd surf- at NPR’s Tiny Desk. They even debuted two songs during a performance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon

While they are now performing across Europe, Turnstile came back to Baltimore in May and hosted a free concert at Wyman Park Dell. Approximately 10,000 people attended the event and the group was able to raise $35,000 for Baltimore’s Health Care for the Homeless.

The 2026 Grammy’s will take place on February 1st at the Crypto.com Area in Lost Angeles. The awards show will be broadcasted live on CBS and streaming on Paramount+.
