Song of The Week: “Moonlight” – Forest Claudette

Forest Claudette is an Australian singer and songwriter who has released four EPs. They are known for their indie pop, folk, and mostly acoustic instruments that go alongside their storytelling.

“Moonlight” is a very soft, tranquil song. It’s a blend of RnB, soft rap, and hip hop. The lyrics give the song a melodic quality with a peaceful background. It’s a different kind of rap that almost reminds me of Khalid’s songs- very peaceful yet something you can still jam out to.  Definitely give it a listen if you’re just walking around campus or chilling in your dorm!
