Summer is just around the corner, and nothing will leave you feeling better than fresh fruits and vegetables, especially if they come from your very own garden! To many people, growing and eating from their own garden sounds like more of a chore than a fun (and delicious) hobby, but with the help of the Evergreen Museum, that can change! Their 5-Session hands-on workshop, the Edible Evergreen Kitchen Garden Course, will take you step-by-step from your garden to your plate! The goal of the course is to teach you about sustainable growing and preparing fresh organic produce. Lessons on planning, planting, maintaining, turning, and canning will make eating fresh a breeze!
